Walking God's Paths
Greetings!

In keeping with the Center's commitment to interfaith education and dialogue, we wish to recommend to all, and especially to those invested in religious education, the "Walking God's Paths" interfaith education series.

As the article below will explain, the Walking God's Paths Program is an outstanding resource for facilitating grassroots Christian Jewish dialogue in a spirit of mutual respect, interest, and dedication to learning.

Please consider this amazing resource.

For more information on the Program see below and the Center for Catholic-Jewish Studies' website.

Warmly,

Thomas Poynor
Assistant Director

WALKING GOD'S PATHS
WGPDear Clergy and Religious Education Coordinators/Teachers,

Are you searching for a reliable and respected study program that addresses Christian-Jewish relations? Then please consider using the six-part video series, "Walking God's Paths: Christians and Jews in Candid Conversation" (WGP).  Developed by Boston College's Center for Christian-Jewish Learning in partnership with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and the National Council of Synagogues, this series has been endorsed by Jewish and Catholic leaders (see below) and has sold more than 3000 copies since its release in 2004.  Faculty in our own Center for Catholic-Jewish Studies (CCJS) have used this program in classroom, congregational, and community settings.

CCJS is pleased to offer information and support for WPG programming.  The links below includes details regarding clergy endorsements as well as information for purchasing the WGP series DVD.  Note that Boston College's Center for Christian Jewish Learning website (www.bc.edu/cjlearning) provides direct access to video clips as well as the free online WGP study guide.  For those who would like to obtain an affordable print version of the study guide and leaders guide, please see the contact information below.  If you have additional questions, free to contact CCJS staff directly via our email address (catholic.jewish.center@saintleo.edu), and note "Walking God's Paths" in the subject line of your email.

Please see our Web Page for more information about the work and activities of the Center for Catholic-Jewish Studies and our collaborating partner, The American Jewish Committee, as well as our many friends.
